Purchase Orders
All Purchase Orders must be faxed or emailed in. The PO must have any special requirements prominently noted on the PO, such as required shipping date and shipping preference. Outside of Canada, all prices are quoted and invoiced in US funds. You can now save time and money by using Visa for Shipments outside North America.

Terms
1. Outside of Canada, all prices are quoted and invoiced in US funds.
2. Shipments outside North America must be prepaid by Visa Credit Card or Wire Transfer, unless previous credit arrangements have been made.
3. Upon approved credit, terms are Net 30 days. COD terms will apply until credit terms are established.
4. These terms must be met for the account to remain open.
5. Accounts over 60 days old will be monitored and reviewed for change to COD only terms.
Shipment
Our standard shipment method is DHL/Loomis within Canada and FedEx for all international shipments. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. All shortage and shipping claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping is FOB our plant in Kamloops, BC, Canada.

Blanket Purchase Order Policy
1. Blanket orders can be scheduled for a duration of up to 12 months, starting with the first delivery date.
2. Delivery schedules are to be established at the time of order with deliveries scheduled at least every 30 days.
3. Depending on production schedules, Sure Grip Controls may ship up to one week before the scheduled delivery date.
4. Two weeks notice is required to advance a ship date, all change requests must be in writing and must include revised quantity, ship date and any ship via changes.
5. All parts remaining in stock after 12 months will be shipped and billed at the end of the 12th month.
6. Sure Grip Controls reserves the right to manufacture all parts on a blanket PO at the same time and hold them in stock for scheduled deliveries.
Order Cancellations
All standard stocked components can be cancelled at no charge before shipping. No cancellations on custom parts or blanket orders.
Return Policy
1. All requests for returns must be made within 6 months of receiving shipment.
2. An RMA must be issued by Sure Grip Controls before goods will be accepted for return and a copy of the RMA must accompany the parts back to Sure Grip Controls.
3. Returned goods are to be shipped with all freight and other charges prepaid in appropriate packaging.
4. Do not ship via UPS; any product shipped to Sure Grip Controls using UPS will not be accepted.
5. The returning party is solely responsible for the as-received condition of the returned goods.
6. Returned stock parts will be inspected and must be in saleable condition before credit is issued.
7. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless otherwise specified by Sure Grip Controls.
8. Customized (non stock) parts are not returnable. |
