For all Warranty Claims, the items must be returned, with shipping prepaid, to Sure Grip Controls, Inc. in order for us to evaluate the problem as part of our ongoing quality improvement program. Sure Grip Controls, Inc. has no control over the installation or final application of our products and therefore makes no claims as to the suitability of our products for any application. In using any of our products, it is understood that Sure Grip Control's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, including losses or expenses associated with the use of our products, losses due to improper installation, cost incurred in the replacement of defective parts or application of this warranty. All our products undergo rigorous electrical and mechanical testing before shipment.
