Proportional Modules
One year after introducing our new speed control modules, we have thousands of happy operators enjoying the benefits. Mechanics have found them so quick and easy to install that several major equipment dealers now use them as the standard handle configuration for all their attachment installations.
Our module comes in a Variable Voltage module for signaling to a computer controller . Applications include speed control for feed rollers, rotary grapples, grab arms, hydraulic cylinders and motors.
It is perfect where simple control is needed to improve operator control or to just reduce damaging pressure spikes. The module is designed to be used with our trigger, Flex Buttons or Rocker style faceplate.
Variable Voltage Module
The PC-V2 Variable Voltage Modules (V2) work by using proven Hall Effect sensor technology. A small magnet embedded in the actuator is moved relative to the Hall Effect sensor to provide a signal proportional to the button position.
These tough V2 modules supply a signal level 0.8 - 4.2 VDC output for connection to external processors or valve driver cards. The electronics are environmentally sealed and well protected against accidental electrical short circuits, over voltages and incorrect installation.
They are designed to simply replace a standard switch in either the "C", "J" or "L" series control grips.
