To initiate a return, please follow the procedures outlined below.
Fill out the RMA request form below. A copy of your request will be sent to our firstname.lastname@example.org. Please feel free to contact this email address with any questions or concerns regarding your return. Once customer service receives this information, they will determine whether more information is required or issue an RMA number and request the necessary information to process the UPS return label. We will cover incoming freight charges on warranty only if our instructions are followed and paperwork is not changed ($10 value for repair & return). If our paperwork is altered in any way, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges.
PLEASE NOTE: All UPS shipping labels are voided after 10 days. Please ensure your RMA is returned within this time. If for any reason this time frame is not met, please contact us to have a new label prepared.
